We are excited to announce that starting next week we will have a fruit cart set up for students to access. This will give students exposure to different types of fruits. The cart will be out 4 days a week and this is free to the students. The fruit next week will be Star Fruit.

Flu Vaccine Consent forms for Non- PEEHIP students are due on Friday, September 12th, no exceptions.
The flu clinic will be on Monday, September 15th.

Information Regarding Pick-up/Drop Off: Students are not to be dropped off before 7:20 a.m. SES Staff are not required to be on duty before 7:20 a.m. And you run the risk of your child being left unattended. The Tardy Bell rings at 7:43 a.m. Make sure we have students here before that time. As a reminder: Students that ride the bus are NEVER tardy. In the afternoons: Kindergarten and 1st graders are dismissed at 2:50 p.m. Please allow these parents to pull up first to try to expedite the afternoon experience. Vehicles do not need to pull all the way up until 2:45 p.m. Until that time, please hold what you got where the football parking lot begins (we should have signs and a nice white line marking this spot by the end of the week). Parents/Grandparents/Guardians, please stay in your vehicles while in the car line. The only students picked up/dropped off up front are our Pre-K students and our students with disabilities. Parents, thank you for a smooth drop off this morning. I don't think it could have went any better!
Just a reminder that student drop off in the morning will be like normal. Parents won't walk students to class. We will have SMS Cheerleaders assisting with getting students where they need to go.
